Craig Revel Horwood: Strictly Celebrities Complain About Being "

There used to be much more involvement when a star chose a dress. But today's superstars and celebrities are offered so many clothes to wear, they're spoiled. There's no commitment involved, no work, no fittings. They wear the dress and it has a short life. They don't have time to love a dress." Our response to Giammetti? Don't hate the player, hate the game. Since today's celebrity audience follows their favorite stars' every move, a woman will quickly get called out for repeating an outfit or wearing the same dress as someone else .
Source: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/09/giancarlo-giammetti-valentino_n_4072193.html

An energetic Strictly Come Dancing routine involves all sort of lifts, twirls and sophisticated maneouvres, but with a top-scoring dance comes all sorts of "manhandling", according to judge Craig Revel Horwood a feature of the show that often catches its celebrities by surprise. Speaking at the Cheltenham Literature Festival he said, "As a dancer, you have to touch people I guess thats quite difficult and a lot of celebrities complain about it backstage the first time that theyre grabbed by someone and thrown back and thrown forward its a shock because theyre not used to being manhandled." The Strictly panellist who has worked as a dancer, choreographer and director during his 20-year career went on to discuss in more detail the pitfalls of professional dancing that he claims have alarmed the famous newcomers... "Sometimes your hands can slip on someones boob and sometimes its going to go into their crotch during a lift thats just normal but of course dancers are so tactile. A hand slips in the most vile of places but you just get on with it and have a laugh. Dancers are very tactile and I think celebs do get really embarrassed." Revel Horwood went on to commend his past nemesis Ann Widdecombe for her open-minded http://admin.blog.fc2.com/admin/js/fckeditor2.6.5/editor/fckeditor.html?InstanceName=extendFck&20131004&Toolbar=Default approach to being lifted and spun about when the pair performed together during the annual Strictly Come Dancing tour. He even recalled a moment when Ann -who he once labelled a "complete dance disaaaster" took him aside and gave him tips on his technique. "There was one night she came off and said, 'Craig, we need to have a word I didnt get enough rotation do you think you could put a bit more welly into spinning me so I spin around?' I thought, 'Anne, you are giving me dance notes?' I couldnt believe it."
Source: http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2013-10-09/craig-revel-horwood-strictly-celebrities-complain-about-being-manhandled-by-the-dancers

Instead it makes us think how much he still resembles one of the 14-year-old school girls who love him. Hes supposedly talented, but few non-tweens can look past his frankly irritating facade to appreciate his musical skills. Even bonafide music legends like Sting have said, Look at Justin Bieber, its like hes in free fall. In our hearts he will always be remembered as being an under-sized man-child with an over-sized ego. 3. Paris Hilton Before Kim Kardashian and her family became reality stars there was Paris Hilton a woman who was celebrated for having no discernible talent. Shes back again with a new single. Have you heard it?
Source: http://lifestyle.xin.msn.com/en/magazine/elle/5-celebrities-we-wish-would-just-go-away

"I'm slightly pulling that out of my a--- while I speak, but I think there's something in it." I ask whether he was in America last year and managed to miss the media kerfuffle about the sudden supposed glut of "posh" actors such as Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston. Given that his own background, as the privately educated son of actors Maria Aitken and Nigel Davenport and nephew of disgraced Conservative politician Jonathan Aitken, tends to the Cumberbatchian end of the spectrum, what are his views? "When my father was a young actor, it is absolutely true that the vast majority were fairly middle class. Then all of a sudden people like Albert Finney burst through and turned all that on its head. That was the end of it. The Kim Kardashian first job I ever did, when I was 18, was a touring production of Hamlet and my room-mate on that kim kardashian diet plan job for nearly a year was Rhys Ifans.
Source: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/10353873/Jack-Davenport-interview-Celebrities-on-twitter-should-shut-up-and-go-away.html

Arent they?! Well, maybe not. Either way, they can teach us things. - 1. Amanda Bynes Whatever happened to Amanda Bynes? was something no one said ever, before her lips pouted their way back into our lives. Of late, Bynes has had us contemplating lifes biggest mysteries, such as What does murdering a vagina even mean?,and the plastic surgery thought experiment of our time: Can you really be a hero for my website living with a non-existent cranio-facial deformation that no-one else can see? She also may or may not have made some racist comments about Rihanna ,may or may not have been sexually assaulted by a police officer ,and was evicted from her home because she threw either a vase or a bong out of her window .In summary, the mind of Amanda Bynes is a rich tapestry.Unfortunately, Bynes is now in a mental health treatment facility because she accidentally set fire to her dog, so what started out as kind of funny and Is this girl just trolling everyone? has taken a pretty depressing turn. Lesson learned: I say this first part without irony or sarcasm: naff cheap wigs are so great.
Source: http://junkee.com/seven-things-we-can-learn-from-dysfunctional-celebrities/21168
